PublicationsFile getPublicationsFile()
                              throws KSIException

Gets the publications file. Uses the KSIPublicationsFileClient for downloading.

Returns:

The publications file (PublicationsFile).

Throws:

KSIException - when error occurs (e.g. when communication with KSI service fails).
